Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves and displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
