Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store by stocking products, cashiering, and general cleaning duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
