Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, follow company procedures, and uphold security protocols.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
• Stand, sit, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk around the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provide prompt customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and follow instructions.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
