Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
