Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
