Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, including processing customer purchases and maintaining cash policies.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and conduct transactions accurately.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work effectively in a team setting and independently.
