Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, stocking products, handling cashier responsibilities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain the store's cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and policies while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
