Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers by maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring store cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
- Assist customers, work with team members, and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data security
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Experience in retail and customer service preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and company equipment safely
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
