Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains its exceptional standards. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide top-notch customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Offer exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, assist with inventory counts, and follow cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
