Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide superior customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products and suggest improvements
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient operation of a cash register
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
