Job Description

Your responsibilities will include cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate key competencies outlined for the role as per company guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.

• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at Aldi.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide outstanding service, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
