Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Offer feedback on products and inventory, participate in store inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Operate equipment, perform cleaning duties, and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience is a plus.
