Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory and report any issues to management

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operation and customer service
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
