Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and stock shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and contribute to store success
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in safe equipment operation and general cleaning
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capacity to work independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
