Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, adhere to company policies, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with the store management team.
• Monitor inventory for accuracy.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
