Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain a clean store environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Experience in retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
