We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
