Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safe operation of equipment and adherence to cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
