Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and provide feedback on product quality.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, hand jacks, and floor scrubbers efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
