Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Handle customer purchases and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and maintain equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
