Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store organized.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
