Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and overall store performance.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure store security, and handle cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
