Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and efficiency.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
