Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Help in inventory management and follow cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
