Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Work with various equipment including hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
