Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely use store equipment.
• Work independently and in a team environment, following instructions and company policies.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
