Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and maintained while delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
