Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures for minimum losses
• Comply with company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
