Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and assist with various tasks to support store operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and report feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and uphold security measures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail settings is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
