Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Report feedback on products, inventory, and procedural issues
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and cash register experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
