Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
