Job Type

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI customer service standards and operational excellence.
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
