Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
