Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory procedures and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Capable of following cleaning standards and company protocols.
• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
