Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our new store team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in various tasks to create a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour and requires an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Follow company guidelines for inventory management, including stocking, inventory counts, and adherence to cash policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing feedback on product quality and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
