Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to master all aspects of store management and operations in preparation for a leadership role within the company. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and developing operational plans while fostering team growth and development.

• Supervise team operations to deliver top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience.
• Prior management experience is an advantage.
