Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a key role in creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring that KPIs are met, and delivering exceptional classes that energize and build community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Manage class schedules to ensure competitiveness, trendiness, and convenience for members.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring clean and safe spaces, flawless execution of events and programs, and ongoing training and development of team members.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high-quality classes and programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and foster a community-focused culture.
