Group Fitness Program Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Group Fitness Program Lead to join VASA Fitness, a 'Great Place to Work' certified company. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an 'UPLIFT' VASA experience by offering inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness classes that maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard talent to ensure schedules are staffed appropriately for maximum member engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics to achieve financial targets and KPIs, driving STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring equipment and facilities are well-maintained and all programming is executed flawlessly.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and talent retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and champion enthusiasm and passion for fitness products.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed performance targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, mentor, and develop talent.
• Passion for fitness, community building, and delivering exceptional member experiences.
