Manager in Training

Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Manager in Training at ALDI. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while mentoring your team to success.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Starting Wage:

$27.50 per hour

Earning Potential:

Up to $105,000 in the first year (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day store operations for top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and model company core values to foster teamwork.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and develop operational strategies.
• Handle customer concerns with effective resolutions.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead, provide excellent customer service, and interpret company policies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and management skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma preferred, with at least 3 years of retail experience; prior management experience is a plus.

Travel:

Flexibility to train at multiple locations within divisional requirements.
