Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join ALDI as a Manager in Training. This position offers the opportunity to train on all aspects of store management, overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining store performance, developing operational plans, and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities and ensure top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and uphold the company values to promote teamwork among employees.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans effectively.
• Identify training and development opportunities for team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for employee growth.
• Maintain store merchandising, product quality, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated customer service leadership skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and management abilities.
• Prior retail experience and management background preferred.
