Mobile Fleet Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on a variety of trucks and trailers, including brakes, diagnostics, A/C systems, and electrical components.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Manage inventory and obtain parts from local vendors for efficient service.
• Complete necessary forms and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of diesel and trailer repair experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to use a computer/tablet for work orders.
• Technical skills in annual federal inspections, brake inspections, and truck/trailer maintenance.
