Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Cashier, you will process purchases, maintain cleanliness, and provide top-notch customer service. As a Stocker, you will ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized. Both positions require teamwork, attention to detail, and a dedication to excellence.

- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
- Perform cashier duties such as processing purchases and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and keep the store organized and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18+
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Efficient time management and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- For Cashiers: Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
- For Stockers: Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- High School Diploma preferred.
