Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to enhance the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

Position Type: Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to the direct leader.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Cashier Responsibilities:
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock merchandise, provide exceptional service, give feedback to management, and monitor inventory.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:
• Stock shelves, rotate products, follow planograms, organize inventory, and operate machinery safely.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service, interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred.

Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Work experience in retail environment is a plus.
