Job Description

Join ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative team setting. As a Stocker/Cashier, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional service to customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Perform cashier duties including processing purchases, stocking shelves, and ensuring exceptional customer service
• Stock shelves ensuring product rotation and organization
• Adhere to safety procedures and operate equipment as necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Effective communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
