Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, maintaining a clean store environment, and providing exceptional customer service. As a stocker, your duties will include stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring a well-organized store layout. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment and interact with customers on a daily basis.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store and assist with inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create attractive displays.
• Operate machinery safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with organizing new inventory and handling boxes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
