Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our collaborative team at ALDI. As a Cashier, you will provide exceptional customer service, operate registers, and assist in maintaining the store's appearance. In the Stocker role, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and follow directions from leaders.
• Uphold store security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform cashier duties: process purchases, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness.
• Execute stocking responsibilities: rotate products, create displays, and organize inventory.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.

Physical Demands

• Ability to perform various physical tasks in a store environment.
• Stocker role includes lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Operate equipment safely.
