Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will report to the General Manager and oversee a team of Personal Trainers. The position is hourly, non-exempt, with a base rate of $18.00-$24.00 per hour, totaling $50,180-$68,800 annually, including monthly bonuses and milestone opportunities.

Purpose

The Personal Training Lead's main responsibility is to enhance the personal training business at the club, exceed financial targets, and ensure members achieve their fitness goals. The PTL builds and manages a high-performing team to deliver exceptional training sessions, increase client count, and drive new client acquisition each month.

  • Create a friendly and inclusive environment for personal training clients and team members.
  • Maintain high client retention through exceptional service and value delivery.
  • Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, offering resources for growth and development.
  • Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with VASA members.
  • Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommending suitable training packages.
  • Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets for new client acquisition.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals through effective leadership.
