We are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join VASA Fitness, a 'Great Place to Work' certified company. As the lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business and exceeding fitness financial targets at the club.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate programming tailored to each client's needs and ensure exceptional client experience.
• Create a welcoming environment for members in the Personal Training Cage.
• Support and encourage personal trainers' professional growth and development.
• Attract new clients through personal interactions with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques to promote appropriate training packages.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and financial goals.
