Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor

Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Quakertown Center. This position offers competitive wages ranging from $46.00 to $64.50 per hour with additional evening, night, and weekend opportunities. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Reporting to the Director of Nursing.
• Leading, guiding, and directing clinical operations.
• Ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Maintaining adequate nursing staff for safe, 24/7 care.
• Participating in recruitment, orientation, and mentorship.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, hold a current RN license, and have a minimum of three years of clinical experience, with two years in long-term care nursing and one year in a supervisory role. A BSN is preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
