We are looking for an energetic Restaurant General Manager to lead our Burger King restaurant with operational excellence. As a key leader, you will manage all aspects of the restaurant and create a customer-oriented and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of managers and crew members in all operational areas
• Provide high-level leadership to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
• Handle human resource functions including staffing, training, and scheduling
• Work with vendors and address customer concerns promptly

Requirements

• 2+ years of fast-food restaurant management experience
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
